Sweet HR & Recruitment was established in 2017, combining years of HR & recruitment experience with a passion for excellence within the field. We like results. We proactively problem solve. Our aim is simple – to provide HR and recruitment services that support your business goals and aspirations through your people.
We build long-term relationships with our clients and work as a true business partner acting as an extension of your team. We value integrity and professionalism and have an open and honest approach to our work.
SIÂN WHELAN MCIPD BSc
Siân is a MCIPD qualified HR professional with over 12 years of senior HR and recruitment experience. She has experience managing HR operations for the UK and Europe.
Siân has a ‘hands on’ approach to her work with her clients. Her focus is to find commercially sound solutions to help drive a business forward.
Away from the office Siân enjoys spending time with her young family. She also enjoys walks in the country with her two mischievous Labradors – Fudge and Marmite.
Siobhan is an experienced Search Consultant who specialises in finding senior HR talent for our clients across the UK and Europe. Siobhan is passionate about building long term relationships with her clients and candidates. Siobhan’s work ethic is based on building mutual trust, integrity and a genuine desire to match the right talent with the right business.

As a small business we do not have in-house HR expertise and wanted support initially to review our HR policies and procedures.
