With over 12 years senior HR and recruitment experience covering the UK and Europe, Sian founded Sweet with the aim of helping businesses grow through attracting and retaining the right talent.
Sian is a fully qualified HR and recruitment professional. Her operational and strategic knowledge has enabled her to successfully support business leaders by building credibility and trust quickly to deliver results.
Siobhan is an experienced recruitment expert who specialises in finding senior talent for our clients across the UK and Europe. Siobhan is passionate about building long term relationships and ensuring an excellent candidate experience on behalf of our clients. Siobhan’s work ethic is based on building mutual trust, integrity and a genuine desire to match the right talent with the right business.

As a small business we do not have in-house HR expertise and wanted support initially to review our HR policies and procedures.
