Once we have conducted our candidate search we will create a shortlist of suitable applicants. We undertake initial interviews on your behalf before putting forward a candidate shortlist to you. We also offer to attend interviews at all stages of the process and support you with the final hiring decision.

Throughout the selection and interview process, we coordinate and manage feedback enabling a relationship to develop between you and your candidates as the recruitment process progresses. At the end of the interview process, we will provide feedback to all candidates in a professional and considered way.

CANDIDATE SELECTION

As soon as a preferred candidate is selected, we work with you to ensure your offer is attractive and can support with the negotiation process. Once an offer is accepted, we keep in touch with you and your candidate throughout the onboarding and induction process. Where required, we can provide further HR support by preparing offers of employment, employment contracts and creating an induction and onboarding plan.

CREATION & MANAGEMENT OF YOUR CAREERS PAGE

We utilise recruitment software to manage our recruitment campaigns as we believe this helps us to deliver an excellent recruitment experience. It also provides a secure platform to track our applicants at each stage of the process.

If you would prefer to fully outsource your recruitment function, we can also host and manage your careers page on your behalf. In this instance, your site will be branded as your very own careers portal, enhancing your company brand throughout the recruitment process.

RECRUITMENT PROJECT SUPPORT

If you would prefer to keep your recruitment in-house, we are also experienced in developing in-house recruitment teams to help improve your skills and expertise in recruitment and talent management.

We can help with creating or developing your employer brand- helping you to attract and engage with candidates based on your company values, culture and business goals. This includes reviewing your company profiles on social media and on employer recommendation sites, such as Glassdoor.
