Once we have a clear understanding of your recruitment brief, we undertake a comprehensive candidate search. This includes market and database searches, advertising, networking, and professional and discrete head-hunting.
SHORTLISTING & INTERVIEW SUPPORT
Once we have refined our search we will create a shortlist of suitable candidates. We then undertake an interview process before putting forward a candidate to you. We will then provide you with information regarding an applicant’s suitability and fit within your business.
Throughout the selection and interview process, we coordinate and manage feedback enabling a relationship to develop between you and your candidates at the recruitment process progresses. At the end of the interview process, we will provide feedback to all candidates in a professional and considered way.
As soon as a preferred candidate is selected, we work with you to ensure your offer is attractive and can support with the negotiation process. Once an offer is accepted, we keep in touch with you and your candidate throughout the onboarding and induction process.
